Each week children will be playing a different sport across the half term. The course will aim to improve children’s all round ability of the sport alongside their fundamental movements, teamwork, social skills and confidence, all within a safe, fun and engaging environment.

Varying skill/technical sessions will be delivered alongside small sided matches. Sports included will be hockey, handball, netball, tag rugby, football, tennis, basketball, cricket

Subject to bad weather, sessions will still be delivered, we will adapt by using the hall for football activities or alternatively a classroom for appropriate activities.

We will be awarding 'players of day', these are awarded for good listening, positive behaviour, willingness to try new things, helping others, teamwork and showing development.

Children will play in their relevant age/ability groups and move accordingly to ensure the challenge is realistic to them and not too hard/easy. We won’t move a child up/down groups without asking them first.
